  • Char-grilled 350gm Porterhouse, cooked to your liking, served with roasted chat potato and fresh garden salad

  • Char-grilled 600gm Gippsland Rib Eye, cooked to your liking, served with roasted chat potatoes and fresh garden salad

We recommend all steaks be cooked to a maximum of medium, as anything after medium affects the quality of the steak. However, we are happy to cook as requested

  • Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, filled with herbed goat’s cheese. Served on garlic roasted chat potatoes with seasonal greens and roasted pumpkin topped with a creamy white wine sauce

  • Pan seared chicken tenderloins topped with tomato, Virginia ham and cheese, served with roasted chat potato and fresh garden salad

  • Grilled Flathead fillets served with roasted chat potatoes, lemon, tartare sauce and fresh garden salad

  • Pan seared barramundi on warm potato with bacon, onion, a creamy herb dressing with seasonal greens, finished with gremolata and fresh lemon.
